Teaser video for a new track from N.O.V. with production from Outbreak.  The combination of these two always produces good music to my ears.  Looks like N.O.V. has something in the works.  I’ll post info as I get it.

Today we have not one but TWO new tracks from Sage.  One was posted on Tuesday and the other was posted just this morning.  On Tuesday Sage delivered the bad news that Jus’ Practice would be delayed a few weeks.  On the flip side he appears to be giving us new music anyway.  These tracks are in addition to what will be on Jus’ Practice.  More info on that will come soon.  I will post cover + tracklist when I get a hold of it.

Iambic Love from Bright Elephant Films on Vimeo.

I’m a little late on this one because I wanted to watch the video first before I posted it.  Finally got around to watching it and am glad I did.  BreFontaine and Bright Elephant Films work together to bring you this short film.

Description from Vimeo:

Utilizing iambic pentameter and the artistry of Atlanta hip-hop artist Bre Fontaine, this short film examines two different ways to handle a break-up.

Check it out and leave some thoughts.

I’m a little over a week late on getting this one up, but better late than never.  Reason it took me so long because I wanted to listen to it before I put it up.  Finally got a chance to listen to it and it’s exactly what you come to expect from Skuba.  Reppin the Bay Area, Skuba give a nice mix of tracks all the way through so it doesn’t feel like your listening to the same type of track over and over again.  I recommend checking it out especially if your a fan of Skuba.  Hit the link below to download.

Found this over @ 2dopeboyz.  Can’t say that I’m a big fan of Deck, but I’ll be looking out for his new album Manifesto which drops March 23rd.  Here is more from 2dopeboyz:

Off Deck’s fourth solo album, Manifesto, which is dropping on March 23rd. On top of Term and Asia, features will include Raekwon, Kurupt, Billy Danze (M.O.P.), Cormega and Cappadonna. With production from The Alchemist, Lee Bannon, MoSS, Deck himself and more. Speaking of the Wu, hit the jump as Mathematics speaks on collecting tracks, lost gems and old time favorites for the Return of The Wu & Friends.

It’s been about a week since the last update but we are still here.  Been a busy week for me so I haven’t really had time to go around looking for new music.  We should have a few things coming up though.  Skuba released a mixtape a few days ago.  I haven’t listened to it yet so I didn’t want to post it until after I hear it; That’s on the to do list this weekend.  Spoke with Sage and info (and possibly a track or two) from his upcoming mixtape will be released soon.  I’m always looking for dope new music to put up so if you hear anything you think should be on the site feel free to contact me via twitter or e-mail.
